movemove is out of stealth

Today movemove goes public: proactive corporate wellbeing that keeps employees healthy and at work, delivered by certified human coaches, wearable data, and AI, built consent-first on a data-trust foundation.

The movemove wordmark emerging from darkness into light

After a long stretch of quiet building in Oslo, movemove is out of stealth. Today we announced, together with IndyKite, the data-trust foundation behind our platform. With that, we can finally tell the story of what we've been building: an AI-powered corporate wellbeing platform that helps organizations keep their people healthy, engaged, and at work.

Most workplace health support is reactive. It kicks in when someone is already in the risk zone or on sick leave: an occupational health referral, an insurance claim, a return-to-work plan. By then the human cost is real and the business cost is compounding. The support that would have mattered most is the support that arrives before anything goes wrong.

movemove is the always-on layer upstream of all of that. Every employee is matched one-to-one with a certified human coach who builds a personal plan for training, nutrition, and recovery. Wearable data flows in continuously: activity, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep. That lets coaches see early signals between sessions, while AI turns those signals into insight and takes the busywork out of coaching. We measure results, not effort.

Health support today shows up once something is already wrong. We're building a world where every employee has a coach in their corner long before that, guided by their own data. AI makes that affordable at workforce scale, and certified human coaches are what make it actually work.

None of this works without trust, so movemove is consent-first by construction. Every data stream is opt-in and revocable. Employers never see individual health data, only anonymized, aggregated cohort insights with a minimum cohort size. Access decisions are enforced at runtime and fully auditable on the IndyKite Platform we announced today, meeting the requirements of modern healthcare environments, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance alongside ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II security standards.

The case for prevention is well documented. Norway's HUNT cohort found that the most active adults had roughly half the disability-pension risk. Occupational medicine research consistently links higher cardiorespiratory fitness to lower sickness absence and greater work ability. And Gallup's State of the Global Workplace links a genuine wellbeing investment to roughly one-third lower voluntary turnover. Those are research findings, not our own measured outcomes, but they are the outcomes we're building toward, and measuring for.

Where we are today

movemove is in early access. Certified coaches and active clients are on the platform, and we're onboarding selected design partners gradually, all while we keep polishing the product and adding the features people love. If you'd like your organization in the first cohort, book a demo at movemove.ai. We'd love to show you what proactive wellbeing looks like.
