We ship improvements for coaches all the time. Here is everything that has landed, newest first.
Version 1.6Latest
movemove 1.6: one-tap check-in reminders, check-in photos side by side and diet filters
Remind clients about a missing check-in with a single tap, compare their check-in photos side by side in a large window and filter the meal library by diet. Write reps and rest as ranges, delete a whole training block in one go, and meal plans count groceries from Norwegian shops in slices, spoons and decilitres.
New · Remind a client about a missing check-in with one tap on their page, or remind everyone who hasn’t delivered at once from the dashboard. The client gets a notification and an email, their page shows when you reminded them, and nobody is reminded twice in a day.
Improved · Compare check-in photos in a large window: “View photos” on a check-in opens the client’s progress photos and every photo question as rows of their own, and ticking another date puts the two side by side. The Progression tab lists them the same way, with up to four body photos per weigh-in.
New · Filter the meal library beside the plan by diet: vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and nut-free, several at once. Your own meals are matched by their ingredients, and when a client has written vegetarian or vegan in the intake form, the meals that don’t fit move to the bottom and are marked.
New · Delete a whole training block from the Library in the client’s calendar. You see how many sessions go before you confirm, and the ones the client has already done stay as history.
Improved · Write reps and rest as a range in the workout builder, in the same box as a run’s time: “6 - 8” reps, “1:30 - 3:00” rest, or choose “Recovered” from the menu.
Improved · Meal plans use the units people eat in for groceries from Norwegian shops: cheese and cold cuts in slices, butter and spreads in teaspoons and tablespoons, and juice in decilitres.
Improved · When you add a weight goal, up or down is chosen for you from the client’s latest weigh-in.
New · Paying for your own subscription? Enter a discount code at checkout when you start a monthly plan.
Version 1.5
movemove 1.5: phased programs, clearer progress and richer conversations
Build programs week by week, explore your clients’ progress and bring more detail into your daily coaching. The AI assistant helps with programs, meals and body scans, while Messages adds searchable emojis and reactions.
New · Build training programs in phases with their own weeks and sessions. Assign a program to several clients at once; each phase reaches them as a regular training plan. The AI assistant can draft the phases for you.
Improved · Explore progress on dedicated pages for body measurements, sleep, nutrition and photos. Compare photos from two dates side by side, open them full screen and download the images you want to keep.
New · Add a body scan from a PDF or photo through the AI assistant. Review the client, date and measurements before saving, then follow muscle mass, body fat and other measurements on the web Body page.
Improved · Send emojis from your computer with search, categories and skin tones. React to a client’s message, change your reaction or remove it, and keep reusable replies close at hand with message templates.
Improved · Work with ingredients and shop products in food search, adjust nutrition in your own recipes and choose how many alternatives each meal should have in an AI diet draft.
Improved · Book appointments in your saved home time zone and see the client’s time alongside yours in the web calendar. Move a block of appointments together and undo the move when you need to.
Version 1.4
movemove 1.4: group chats, workouts in sections, and intervals with reps that differ
Talk to many clients at once in group chats and channels. Build workouts in sections with a note for your client, and write intervals rep by rep. Your clients see all of it in the latest movemove app.
New · Group chats and channels in Messages. Press New group, give it a name and invite clients. In a group chat everyone talks together; in a channel only coaches write, and members read and react. Nobody joins until they say yes in the app.
New · Split a workout into sections: Warm-up, Main part, Mobility and Finisher. Move them up and down, add a saved session straight into a section, and your client sees the same sections in the app.
New · Intervals with reps that differ. Choose Reps that differ and write each rep on its own, like a pyramid from 400 to 1200 m, each with its own pace, rest and heart-rate zone. Your client's app shows every rep in order.
New · Write a note for a whole workout, or for a superset or circuit: “easy warm-up, focus on squat technique today”. Your client reads it in the app, right with the workout.
Improved · Five more starter sessions in your library, ready to send: Threshold 5 × 6 min, Intervals 6 × 1000 m, Pyramid 400 to 1200 m, 4 × 4 min and Tempo 20 min, each with a warm-up, a main part and a finisher.
Version 1.3
movemove 1.3: plan updates in one click, a workout library, and recipes with steps
Change a plan once and send it to every client who has it. Build workouts and cardio sessions in their own library, and write recipes step by step, with time, portions and difficulty.
New · Send plan changes to your clients. Edit a training plan you have shared, press Update clients, choose who gets it, and their app shows the new version right away. Their logged workouts stay put.
New · Workouts get their own tab, with a library of your workouts that you build and edit on their own. Cardio gets its own building blocks too: steady runs, intervals with rounds, pace and rest, and starter sessions in the library.
New · Recipes with steps. Write the method line by line, and set time, portions and difficulty in the same window. A recipe can suit several meal types, and your own ingredients can have their own units, like a tablespoon or a fillet.
New · Tell your assistant how you work. Write your instructions once and it follows them. Choose Thorough or Fast, and when something is missing it asks with one short form before it drafts.
Improved · Progress in fewer clicks. Health brings body, diet and lifestyle together on one page. Body shows photos and measurements in one place with one large chart, and Strength shows exercises and sets week by week.
Improved · AI diet plans arrive as recipe cards with steps, time and difficulty, and a meal from the chat opens straight in the recipe window.
Improved · Batch cooking in a diet plan: add one portion of a recipe that makes eight, and the plan shows it as 1 of 8, with the grams per portion.
Improved · Check-ins on your schedule. Choose which forms new clients start with, set the weekday on your standard form, and move a single client to another check-in day from their profile. The form builder tells you when a client would get two forms on the same rhythm.
New · Pin up to three conversations to the top of Messages, and find every photo and video from a conversation under Media. The message box grows with what you write.
Improved · Select several exercises in the library and act on them at once, and swap an exercise in a workout while keeping its sets and reps.
Improved · Your landing page saves as you go: preview the draft, and press Publish when you are ready. Your settings live in one window, and AI meal logging is switched on or off for all your clients in one place.
Improved · Diet plans read at a glance, with bars you can tap, macros as rows and the week's days as a list. Ingredients show a picture, and a food from the database opens with its nutrition.
Improved · Emails to your clients look the part. Invitations, welcome messages and check-in reminders arrive in a clean design with one clear button.
New · Send a screenshot to support, straight from the support chat.
Version 1.2
movemove 1.2: a recipe library, and an assistant that builds meals with you
More than 90 ready-made recipes are waiting under Recipes, and your AI assistant drafts meals and ingredients right in the chat.
New · A recipe library to get you started: more than 90 ready-made recipes with photos, calories and macros. Open Recipes, switch to Library, and add the ones you like to your own. It grows from here, one vetted recipe at a time.
New · Meals straight from the chat: ask your assistant for four high-protein breakfasts and it drafts all four at once, each with ingredients, calories and macros. Save one or all of them.
Improved · Your assistant links you straight to the meal, plan or client it is talking about.
New · Alternative exercises: give any exercise in a plan an alternative, and your client can swap to it in the app when the machine is taken.
Improved · The income card shows what actually came in: last full month, from Stripe and from Fiken.
Improved · Adding an ingredient to a meal searches the food database right where you are, and food search puts the most relevant product first.
New · Choose the look and speed of your AI meal photos, and ask the assistant to add your own ingredients, several at a time.
New · Pick a faster assistant when speed matters more than precision: the model menu in the chat now has a quick option.
Improved · Bulk edit in the diet plan editor: under Actions, adjust, swap, remove or add an ingredient across every meal at once.
Version 1.1
movemove 1.1: an assistant that knows your way of coaching
Your AI assistant now learns from your own documents, the app has a fresh look in light and dark, and our team is one click away whenever you need us.
New · AI memory: switch it on for a file and your assistant reads the whole document every time it answers. Share your methods, templates and philosophy, and it starts thinking the way you coach.
Improved · A fresh look: movemove now wears the colours of its logo, with a bright light mode, a calm dark mode and colour-coded icons that tell you what you are looking at.
New · Chat with our team straight from the help menu. We see which page you were on, so you can get to the point right away.
Improved · Your files have a new home: switch between cards and a sortable list, and see at a glance how much storage and AI memory you are using.
New · Cardio progression tells the full story: real heart-rate zones, form and training load, side by side with every other progress card.
Improved · The plan editor is a real workbench, with your client's numbers right beside the plan while you build it.
Improved · Each client's calendar follows their own time zone, and the day they pick for a session is kept just as they chose it.
Improved · Check-ins show the photos from every weigh-in in the period, and number answers come with their unit.
Version 1.0
Welcome to movemove 1.0
A sharper client list, a plan editor that does far more, and a calendar for every client. This is our biggest update yet, and it is all yours from today.
New · Your client list is now a table you can read at a glance: name, tags, membership length and when each client was last active. You choose which columns to show.
New · Supersets and drop sets have arrived in the plan editor. Group exercises together and write the drop set right on the exercise.
New · Every client gets a calendar. Plan a whole block without locking sessions to weekdays, pick exactly what you want to see, and tidy up planned sessions right from the day.
Improved · Building a plan feels great: grab an exercise by its handle, see exactly where it will land, move it to another session, and undo in one click. It works from the keyboard too.
New · Weight goals now remember where your client started, so you see the whole journey and not just the distance left.
New · Sets can be counted in seconds. Perfect for planks, holds and carries.
Improved · Exercise search finds what you mean, whichever order you type the words in.
Improved · The client panel beside your work is slimmer and more focused: notes at the top, with notes and to-dos as two tidy lists.
Improved · Getting started fits the way you work: set aside any step that does not apply to you and finish the checklist on your terms.
Improved · Messages stay tidy: archived clients have their own section at the bottom, so your active conversations come first.
New · Every movemove release now has a home: the “What’s new” page, in your profile menu.
Improved · When a search matches more exercises than the list shows, it tells you how many, so you can narrow it down.
Improved · Coming back after a long break is smoother: you land on sign-in and are back at work in seconds.
